Refund Policy
At Multi Marts, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund or exchange under certain conditions, as outlined below.
We accept returns for most physical products within [7/14/30] days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is damaged, defective, or sent in error.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.
Please note that certain types of products are non-refundable, including:
